Our Customer Service Representatives provide direct point of contact with customers in a manner that creates a trusting relationship thereby promoting customer retention and loyalty. The role includes: Answering the phone and distributing calls to appropriate departments Assisting the Service Advisors in explaining charges to customers Receipting customers payments Filing Making photocopies for documentation
