Responsibilities:
  • Review client's objectives with respect to executive compensation and benefits
  • Analyze client's executive benefit plans in light of current objectives
  • Assist in developing recommendation for presentation to client
  • Review benefit plan funding to determine efficiency and adequacy
  • Evaluate institutional life insurance products, including private placement, to become familiar with the marketplace and each product's specifics in order to best align the need with the appropriate product
  • Identify any benefit shortfalls that might indicate the need for additional plan solutions
  • Compare financing alternatives to provide client with information to make funding decision
  • Coordinate with strategic partners to develop personalized solutions for the client
  • Review and verify cash flow, earnings and balance sheet effect of any proposed program
  • Provide project support services for client work related to a broad array of information necessary to assist the client in planning for benefit and other long term liabilities
Qualifications:
  • At lease 3 years experience in a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree, with emphasis on math, accounting, law or actuarial science
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Experience with life insurance products and/or actuarial calculations
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Life Insurance license within 6 months of employment
  • Series 6 and 63 FINRA exams within one year of employment
