CORE MARKETING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. •

Develop integrated marketing programs including branding, marketing collateral, direct mail, lead generation, PR and web initiatives •

Oversee the development of sales tools/materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, technology demos, client lists, etc. •

Drives the creation of new marketing tools such as online lead generation programs, interactive media and thought leadership activity intended to up-sell and cross-sell new products and services to existing and prospective clients •

Develops, tracks and delivers measurable marketing success metrics/benchmarks •

Identify appropriate social media initiatives that integrate branding, PR and sales objectives •

Oversee quarterly website editorial calendar to keep content fresh and help drive traffic to site via sales campaigns •

Develop National (trade) advertising campaign strategy to reinforce market leadership and generate opportunities, modifying as needed and evaluating ad performance (print & online) •

Oversee and manage speaking engagement outreach, from identifying opportunities, conducting research, to preparing speaker materials •

With the Business Intelligence Services team, develop a comprehensive market research program that includes competitive analysis, domestic market intel and grow research agenda based upon business needs •

Develop quarterly marketing plan and budget; establish metrics for marketing initiatives; provide quarterly reports to EVP of Marketing and Business leadership •

Collaborate with the Product Management group on promotions for feature/function enhancements, product roadmaps and new product offerings •

Collaborate with Sales on initiatives such as events, sponsorships, CRM and branded promotional items •

Collaborate with PR Director to develop a public relations program that reinforces credibility and the business' reputation as an industry expert and leader •

Support annual client satisfaction survey initiative - from client identification, phone/online surveys, results compilation and packaging

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. Experience using Microsoft Project and/or Visio a plus. Knowledge of Marketing Principles required.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably with an emphasis in communications or marketing; and 10 years related B2B experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
