CORE MARKETING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop integrated marketing programs including branding, marketing collateral, direct mail, lead generation, PR and web initiatives
Oversee the development of sales tools/materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, technology demos, client lists, etc.
Drives the creation of new marketing tools such as online lead generation programs, interactive media and thought leadership activity intended to up-sell and cross-sell new products and services to existing and prospective clients
Develops, tracks and delivers measurable marketing success metrics/benchmarks
Identify appropriate social media initiatives that integrate branding, PR and sales objectives
Oversee quarterly website editorial calendar to keep content fresh and help drive traffic to site via sales campaigns
Develop National (trade) advertising campaign strategy to reinforce market leadership and generate opportunities, modifying as needed and evaluating ad performance (print & online)
Oversee and manage speaking engagement outreach, from identifying opportunities, conducting research, to preparing speaker materials
With the Business Intelligence Services team, develop a comprehensive market research program that includes competitive analysis, domestic market intel and grow research agenda based upon business needs
Develop quarterly marketing plan and budget; establish metrics for marketing initiatives; provide quarterly reports to EVP of Marketing and Business leadership
Collaborate with the Product Management group on promotions for feature/function enhancements, product roadmaps and new product offerings
Collaborate with Sales on initiatives such as events, sponsorships, CRM and branded promotional items
Collaborate with PR Director to develop a public relations program that reinforces credibility and the business' reputation as an industry expert and leader
Support annual client satisfaction survey initiative - from client identification, phone/online surveys, results compilation and packaging
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. Experience using Microsoft Project and/or Visio a plus. Knowledge of Marketing Principles required.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably with an emphasis in communications or marketing; and 10 years related B2B experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
