At this time we are looking to hire an EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.
Ideal candidate will have 3+ year's previous retail Customer Service management / supervisory experience in a supermarket, club warehouse or national retail store chain.
Must have excellent communication, organizational and people management / training skills and be extremely customer service oriented.
Responsibilities will include working with new and existing customers to increase store sales, assist in product selection, merchandising, special requests, and customer inquiries / problems.
