Manage Advanced Development projects related to composites, insert molding, plastic forming/molding. Maintain global awareness of new process and equipment developments by networking with equipment suppliers, attending conferences, trade journals, etc. Determine feasibility of new technologies and conduct a preliminary business case. Propose projects based on latest developments, and/or internal ideas, Inteva's needs, risk, business case, etc. Generate project plan (timing, budget, resources, etc.) and manage project. Conduct progress reviews with immediate supervisors and executives.
