Examine merchandise as needed to ensure that it is of optimum quality, in-stock, prepared to specifications, properly rotated, correctly priced and appropriately displayed.
Effectively implement corporate merchandising policies, procedures and programs and actively monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service as well as quality goods.
Manage and provide accurate management reports as required.
Possess a thorough knowledge and appreciation for wine, beer and gourmet food.
Have a strong desire to lead a team and be the primary point of contact for a store.

Prior retail management experience and/or experience in alcohol and gourmet food sales strongly encouraged.
2 or 4 year degree in management, sales, or a similar field is strongly encouraged.
