Job Purpose Our Client, an industry leader in floor care, has enlisted Campaigners, a division of Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) to handpick a team of SALES-focused Floor Care Demonstrators to drive real, measurable sales growth of its newly launched vacuum line of products at select retail locations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, committed to sales and driven to succeed. This person should also have strong communication skills with the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level.

They must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision. Job Responsibilities Sales: Enthusiastically engage, qualify and close customers on sales of clients products; Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales and sales of related attachments. Completes, in their entirety, scheduled events. Merchandising: Ensure products are on display, functioning properly and presentable to customers.

Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials (provided). Training: Responsible to train Retail Sales Associates on clients' products and product benefits. Generate positive PR and Brand Awareness in-store. Ensure clients' product is "Top of Mind" among Store Associates.

Increase Sales Associate recommendation of clients' product. Must be willing to commit to initial web and voice conference call training, as well as continuing with on-line learning component and brief knowledge assessments. Relationship Building: Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with Campaigners management team, Retail Sales Associates, Retail Management Team and Customers, building strong working relationships. Administration/Reporting: Must complete accurate and timely HR paperwork and reports online; call reports must be accurate and provide detailed feedback.

Check voice mails, emails and calls supervisor/others as needed. Availability: Every Saturday and Sunday as assigned by supervisor. Required 4 shifts per weekend (3 hrs per shift). Locations depending on local territory/store list.

Job Requirements Education High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a cell phone Reliable transportation; i.e. personal car for transportation to/from/between stores/events/meetings General familiarity with vacuums, floor care products, and accessories Access to a digital camera is highly desirable Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly lift and carry ( for a distance of 10 feet) up to 40 lbs.
