We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who understands the importance of collaboration, and can distill highly complex issues into easy to understand requirements. Reporting to the SVP of User Experience and Product management, they will be responsible for the planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle; defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with numerous internal teams to ensure goals are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, user experience, creative and technology to drive product definition and successfully execute on the product roadmap
Identify product and feature priorities to successfully meet the goals of the business
Translate the product vision into comprehensive Product Requirements Documents
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Contribute to the product roadmap by working closely with business stakeholders
Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure the product and platform architecture is aligned with the product roadmap
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines
Develop strategies to leverage multiple domestic and international brands for, and their multinational sister sites to best support the online community
Ability to work on multiple projects, assignments and cross-group activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Confidence in ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders

Minimum 6-8 years experience as a Product Manager
Solid understanding of eCommerce and internet business
Results driven with the ability to initiate and lead projects
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
Experience with competitive analysis, A/B testing, web metric analysis, and iterative design processes
Demonstrated track record of using these methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the options
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay highly organized
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Excellent presentation skills combined with analytical acumen
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Possess a passion for innovation and continual improvement
Ability to maintain composure in the face of ambiguity and constant change
Education in the technical and business domains (BA required, MBA preferred)
