Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Serves as key liason between multiple business functional groups to insure the success of Joint Venture.
Develops strategic planning to ensure product availability is maintained in support of customer sales.
Manages operating expenses and ROIC, approving fixed assets as assigned.
Monitors the operational and transactional efficiency of the business to maintain costs at the lowest possible level.
Establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of operations, quality, reliability, and safety. Develops and promotes enterprise wide quality improvements. Evaluates and develops improved techniques for control of operations, quality, reliability and safety.
Ensures that effective measurement tools are in place to reflect accurate service levels, inventory turns, dead stock and fleet utilization.
Champions production and distribution optimization and planning within the business.
Informs executive management on all pertinent issues concerning country operations.
Nature and Scope
Problems are complex and solutions may require high strategic level analysis and investigation.
Drives strategy and methodology and serves as the SME for policies and practices. Decides how to achieve planned results within an organization's plans, policies and guidelines.
Manages via multiple layers OR directly supervises a staff of professional IC's at the senior or technical advisor level. Directs budgetary responsibility for country operations.
Develops solutions for strategic accounts and oversee implementation, maintenance and review. Proposes structure and operational changes to increase efficiency and improve profitability. Conducts reviews to streamline processes and maximize effectiveness. Develops, measures and monitors strategic sales and cross functional team productivity, provide feedback and drive accountability.
Work Environment
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.
Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
Essential Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass Saudi Arabian government credentialing process.
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 9+ years experience in related field including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Saudia Arabian work rules and processes.
