The Director, Learning and Development is responsible for creating a learning strategy to help insure that we are building the employee capability to execute Disney ABC Television Group (DATG) business objectives now and into the future. This strategy includes plans to prepare employees at all levels to perform to the best of their abilities as well as targeted plans to identify and prepare top leadership talent that embody the Company’s successful leadership attributes.
