The role being offered is that of a Strategic Account Manager (DirectorAVPVP) at Photon. As a Strategic Account Manager, your role will map to the following key objectives

Being a Key member of the management team of a large (1000+ organization)

Take PL responsibility for a fortune 100 customer

Manage a portfolio of projects and guide the core delivery team to ensure Project Execution

Ownership to Grow revenue at existing key accounts and mine new accounts

Bottom line accountability for Governance and Customer Satisfaction in Project interactions

Ownership of key metrics including Project Profitability, Revenue growth

Responsibilities in this role will be

Customer Satisfaction Survey Scores on an average of 4.0

Overall portfolio of projects carried to be over 500k in revenue per month at the least

Teamwork with Pre Sales, Solution Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects

Initiation and delivery of projects in conjunction with dedicated DMs or shared DMs

Fair evaluation of the team and eliminating constraints towards successful project execution

Scheduling and running the executive dashboard meetings

Skills

Must have 10+years of experience in IT industry and understand the offshoring model

At least 3 years experience in managing customer relationship

Aptitude and attitude to be successful in high pressure environment

Should have experience in interacting with CXOs
Should have played a Delivery role in his/her career - Program Manager, Solution Manager, Engagement Manager or Delivery Manager.
