Responsible for serving catered functions, set-up and tear down of banquet facilities.
Prepare facility for function, including pulling and placing of equipment, complete set-up of tables, attend to and complete all other set-up and prep work as necessary.
Put linen skirting on all tables and remove at the end of the night.
Straighten chairs and ensure all set-up equipment is off of the floor
before guests arrive.
Make and set-up beverages for served events as needed.
Serve meals & beverages professionally, attend to buffets, clear tables, properly stack tray jacks, remove trays to breakdown area.
Rinse and wash all silver & service equipment and return to proper place.
Take all clean dish racks and glass racks to proper storage areas.
Maintain appearance of serving trays.
Maintain cleanliness of all banquet areas, including taking out garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, straightening the Blacksmith Shop,
and all other storage areas before shift ends.
Transport equipment from site to site.
Performs other activities as necessary.
Acts as a team player, providing expertise within the team and with other team members as appropriate.
High School Diploma preferred,
Must be flexible in hours and scheduling.
Available up to seven days a week, daytime and evening, holidays and weekends.
Must be hard a working team player that is able to take the initiative to prioritize work duties.
