Assist the Market President in the day to day operations of the bank. Handle confidential matters with minimal supervision that may be complex and/or involve bank-wide impact. Responsibilities include managing the human resources area of the bank, coordinating upkeep and maintenance of the facilities and grounds, and provide support and assistance with special projects. Position may be involved with several different departments of the bank.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties as assigned.
Manage Human Resources area of the bank.
Coordinate upkeep and maintenance of bank facilities and grounds.
Process payroll and manage timecards for entire market.
Schedule appointments, assist and support Market President.
Oversee accounts payables and all bank purchases.
Plan and organize bank events and special functions.
Track and coordinate bank donations.
Provide administrative support to Jackson FIB Advisory Board.
Manage and disseminate all bank information and communications.
Coordinate special projects as assigned.
Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as needed.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Market President.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years of loan department banking experience and/or training required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills required with working knowledge of Word and Excel. Accurate keyboarding skills are required. Familiarity with bank personnel, policies and operations desired.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
This position requires the ability to properly prioritize workload and work with little or no supervision. Good organization and time management skills are required. Position requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with co-workers. Requires the ability to meet and deal with the public and co-workers in a friendly, professional manner. Professional grooming and adherence to FIB dress code required.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to compose correspondence and effectively present information to superiors and other employees. Requires initiative and judgment. Is able to resolve most complex questions and problems. Works with minimal supervision.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to identify and analyze problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
