Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma; an Associates degree is preferred. One to three years’ experience working with at-risk youth through education or employment related services.
Responsibilities:
The Team Leader Assistant is responsible for providing quality customer service to all customers as defined in the mission statement. Responsibilities include providing assistance to SBU management and staff in all aspects of the school program to include Team Leader support, Student skills development in EBT, monitoring of students as required, Student remediation, and general floor support.
