We are looking for an Junior Talent Acquisition resource (1 - 3 years of experience) to help build our world class team of consultants working with Workday’s SaaS solutions suite. This is a once in a life time opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a late-stage start up that is exploding!

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to help build our world class team of consultants working with Workday’s SaaS solutions suite.
We are not interested in hiring a contractor at this time. This position is for a permanent, in-house junior talent acquisition resource.
This employee will engage various aspects of the talent acquisition process for a variety of openings that support a technology consulting company including HR, finance and information technology "back office" positions.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, professional organizations, etc.
Developing and maintaining job postings.
Conducting phone screens, interviews, completing reference checks, assisting in the selection decision and managing the offer process.
Supporting Senior Recruiting Staff through various administrative and non-administrative functions.
Providing timely, feedback to internal and external candidates and updating information in applicant tracking system Jobvite.
Completing or assisting with other staffing projects as assigned to enhance company services and processes.
Collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects outside the talent acquisition function.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 3 years of talent acquisition and/or coordinator experience preferably in a technical or professional environment. Experience in a professional services firm is highly desirable.
The junior talent acquisition consultant must have the knowledge and skills necessary to take a consultative approach to the recruiting and workflow process. This includes solid consultative skills, working knowledge of interviewing practices, solid verbal and written communication skills, and proven organizational and project management skills.
Candidates must also be customer focused, have solid sourcing skills and have a demonstrated track record of achieving a high volume of administrative and requisition oriented activity while maintaining high quality standards.
