The manager of clinical services is an administrative leader for Catalpa Health responsible for implementing the organizational mission, vision and goals, ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations and meeting or exceeding organizational goals for quality, service and value.
Catalpa Health is a Community partnership for kids, owned by Affinity Health System, ThedaCare, and Children’s Hospital with a mission of becoming a center of excellence for pediatric mental health services in the Fox Valley.
The manager oversees all aspects of program development, service delivery and staff management, and for creating a professional practice environment that focuses on meeting the needs of patients and families.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree preferably in a field relevant to health care and post graduate education (e.g. MSW, MSE, MPH, MBA, MHA) and/or relevant work experience in health care management. Must have at least 3 years of progressively responsible roles in health care management, preferably within the behavioral health field. Clinical training in a behavioral health related discipline is desirable but not required.
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Human Resources is assisting with the recruitment for the Manager of Clinical Services of Catalpa Health; however, this position will not be an employee of CHW.
