The W. P. Carey School of Business, Graduate Career Center, is looking for an outgoing individual who will enjoy managing all of the logistics for on campus recruiting activities in a professional and ethical manner. The Employer Relations Recruiting Coordinator Sr. serves as the primary contact for the Center and is accountable for ensuring employer satisfaction with campus visits and/or recruiting activities, while providing support throughout the student recruiting process for internships and full-time opportunities.

Arrange and confirm employer interviews, recruiting dates and company presentations including parking, catering and room reservations; establish and maintains detailed database of corporate contacts, company interview dates, and visits; manage job postings, collection of student materials, and interview scheduling; responsible for written correspondence between the Centers' recruiting programs, and employers, faculty, staff, and students; compile statistical information for regular and ad hoc reports and summarizes recruiting activities by employer; plan and coordinate career events with other departments and assists with marketing, budgeting, and other administrative duties as required.

DAYS AND SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, some evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment and five (5) years of related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Experience with: employer relations; development, or community relations in a diverse and multi-project environment; scheduling, maintaining calendars; coordinating activities and/or event planning; establishing priorities and meeting deadlines; providing customer service with an emphasis on relationship-management; Evidence of organizational skills requiring attention to detail; word processing, spreadsheets, databases; calendaring systems; Microsoft applications (i.e., Word; Excel; Access; Outlook); Evidence of verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
