Responsible for passenger service activities for a given area. When workload requires, performs as a Passenger Service Agent. Duties include, but are not limited to, responsible for passenger service activities for a given area; ground coordination with various customer services such as baggage, fuel, cleaning, passenger loading, and gate control; when workload requires, performing as agent for a given aircraft, assisting with deplaning passengers, collecting boarding passes and insuring all customer service activities are completed for maintaining on-time departures; assisting with checking bags and distribution of boarding passes; performing other related duties as requested or required; and ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards.


One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. In-depth experience in all facets of passenger service operations; knowledge of flight operations and various line service functions; effectively communicate both orally and in writing; and good interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak effectively before a diverse group of people; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and required FAA, airport and/or Customs identification, seals, and authorizations.
