Perform location audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigative techniques for researching and resolving of inventory variances
Document, reconcile and record inventory discrepancies
Issue, research and document associate errors
Consistently develop, implement and monitor inventory control and VAS procedures
Achieve or exceed inventory accuracy and productivity goals published in the yearly Operations Index; work with operations to address any problems and/or procedure violations that may prevent the meeting of set goals
Communicate directly with Financial and Inventory Management departments
Ensure all departmental and operational reports are completed accurately and submitted efficiently and timely
Closely monitor DC capacity and space utilization; implement and maintain profiling, consolidation and other space management solutions
Provide training for newly hired associates
Provide support in the absence of the Operations Manager
Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Variance Resolver
Cycle Counter
Inbound Inspector
Forklift Operator
College preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Minimum of 1 year Inventory Control and Inventory Analysis experience
Minimum of 1 year experience working with Radio frequency hand held scanner
Minimum of 6 months power equipment experience
Experience working with automated Warehouse Management System

SKILLS REQUIRED

Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Ability to match numbers or letters, and identify colors
Ability to wear proper safety equipment where and when necessary
