NGHS has an outstanding opportunity for a Compensation Analyst. The position filled will determine the skills of the individual selected for the position . We will consider skills for a Senior Compensation Analyst or Compensation Analyst based on the applicant pool received. A senior analyst must have healthcare compensation experience.
Senior Compensation Analyst (Job Code 61352)
Maintains the hospital compensation and job classification program, position control system, and wage and salary equity. Maintains the performance evaluation system. Participates in the coordination, completion, and analysis of Human Resources projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business, or related field, or at least 6 years experience in positions that demonstrated good analytical and math skills. Minimum 4 years experience in healthcare compensation pay practices.
Compensation Analyst (Job Code 61051)
Works collaboratively with the Manager and Senior Compensation Analyst on aspects of the compensation program established for the hospital, to include participation in salary surveys, analysis of salary survey results, annual performance evaluation and merit program, special compensation programs, maintenance of salary ranges, pay rates, and employee data in the Lawson system.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Business, or related field preferred; or Associates degree and minimum of 6 years experience related experience. 2 years as compensation analyst; or other related in finance or human resources position. Healthcare experience desirable.
