Unified Logic, a Technical Services Firm based in Bellevue, WA, specializing in IT Enterprise Risk, seeks to hire full time Client Analyst/Client Lead.
Consultants execute the complete and accurate collection of data (remotely and onsite) via Unified Logic's proprietary tools directly from a client's environments. They then analyze or oversee the analysis of the data and licensing information to deliver a snapshot of the Microsoft deployments and entitlements. Consultants will respond to questions and educate the client regarding licensing rules, and produce detailed environment specific reports for presentation to the client. Consultants collaborate to share best practices and learn/mentor in a fast paced, highly technical environment.
Travel is a frequent and regular aspect of this work. Candidates for the position should be effective collaborators, self-motivated communicative professionals. Work with the Client's IT Administrators to achieve complete data collection. Use UL's tools (and others) to collect technical data from multiple data streams and multiple sources.
Analyze collected data by manipulation in Microsoft Excel to accurately map deployed software in a client's environment. Use licensing knowledge and entitlement data to assess compliance by comparing deployment data against licensing entitlements.
Manage positive relationships with key clients and account managers by providing status reports and maintaining regular contact.
Client Education & Interface
Answer questions regarding tools, licensing and deployments. Serve as a subject matter expert to the client in the field of product identification; maintain up-to-date knowledge in this area. Look for opportunities to educate the client on array of products.

Skills & Qualifications?
B.A./B.S. Degree in IT and/or Accounting from accredited institution or equivalent
Directly related experience in a technical or assurance advisory professional services firm (Big Four or similar)
Advanced to expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions and advanced data manipulation skills
Easily manages datasets and dataset relationships? Experience with Active Directory and other LDAPs
Basic understanding of Windows user permissions/rights
Basic server software and enterprise network architecture knowledge
Basic understanding of MOSS, SCCM, LanDESK, Altiris, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, WMI, CIM, vmWare, HyperV, Terminal Services, Visual Basic
Willing to travel frequently, averaging 50%+/prior experience with extensive travel for work desired? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent professional etiquette and customer service skills
Learns quickly when facing new problems, analyzes successes/failures for clues to improvement, and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
Ability to seek info from a variety of sources in a variety of ways, to clarify situations and facilitate effective planning, decision making and problem solving
