The Clinic Operations Coordinator coordinates staff
activities on a day-to-day basis, while training and
improving staff’s clinical proficiency in their assigned
tasks. Assists in improving patient flow and revenue
cycle management processes.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Business
or health related field, or an equivalent combination of
education, training, and/or related work experience. Two
years progressive experience in a health care operations
environment or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT
coding. IDX Master Scheduling experience. Supervisory
experience. Revenue Cycle operations experience. EPIC
