As the Vice President of Sales in our new Greenwood Village, Colorado regional contact center, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President and General Manager while working closely with the broader Personal Investing (PI) organization in the development and implementation of specific sales and marketing campaigns. In addition, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of multiple teams including Account Executive, Investment Solutions and Fixed Income functions for the site.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Foster partnerships across the organization to drive sales with other business partners to include our Investor Centers, Workplace Investing (WI), Fidelity Investments Life Insurance, etc.
  • Drive and influence strategic direction, design and implementation of national initiatives to the entire site
  • Integrate cross-site sales activities, programs and campaigns working closely with other functions within the site
  • Build and influence sales skills and knowledge across the various teams
  • Manage and maximize site lead effectiveness and enhance tools and systems implementation
  • Implement customer satisfaction and service programs and goals into the sales functions
  • Influence and provide insight regarding compensation plans, sales strategies, lead generation and utilization and guidance interactions
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 10+ years of financial services experience preferably within Sales
  • Series 7, 9 & 10 and 63 required
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proven success in managing sales programs and delivering results while developing a sales culture and setting to achieve business results
  • Robust collaboration and partnering with others to support cross functional programs
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Designing and implementing a broad vision while communicating and leading change
  • Demonstrated leadership in motivating others
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
