The Human Resources Department is looking to add a Senior Project Manager of Change Management to lead the change management strategy for our SAP business transformation.
The Sr. Project Manager leads and executes on the approved SAP change management strategy with attention to realizing the business benefits expected for the SAP Program. You will work closely and in alignment with the overall SAP project team, systems integrator partner, ICW executives and functional leaders, change leads, and end-users to ensure successful acceptance of business process change, new technology and enhanced performance in our environment.
The successful candidate possesses strong leadership command and drive, change management subject matter expertise and the ability to communicate change management strategy and benefits clearly and with impact.
Act as lead and drive the change management strategy, team and deliverables in partnership with the project team, functional leaders, business leaders, and project management office. Educating and providing clear and impactful information on the rationale and approach for change management activities to all stakeholders is critical. This also includes level setting and framing change management work within the overall project team.
Facilitate the transformation of strategy, business processes, technology and people to enhance performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Facilitate collaboration and act as liaison between the OCM team, project team, functional partners, change champions and PMO office to provide information on the rationale and approach for OCM activities. This also includes level setting and framing OCM work within the overall project team.
Identify, manage and mitigate change-related risks while supporting the business to achieve project’s business case.
Prepare and lead the organization for change by implementing the change, impacts analysis, communication and training work streams, approved by ICW.
Partner and coach leaders to drive transformation within the organization using change management techniques to improve performance goals, developing new processes to improve upon or replace existing methods.

Bachelor’s degree but preferred Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or other related field.
Project Management certification preferred
5-7 years experience in a Change Management, Organization Development and leadership role.
Strong relationship building skills and ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization. Ability to build personal and professional credibility at all levels of the organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and project management tools.
