TriHealth Occupational Health--position works with a TriHealth partner located in Louisville, KY

Position provides oversight of staff services for Human Productivity and Disability Management and indirect support to OSM Health/Management operations for disability related issues.

*Will perform, develop, and distribute analytical services regarding trends and cost/diagnostic drivers for areas
*Will analyze health care/pharmacy benefit utilization with condition absence and disability trends
*Provides orientation, training, and mentoring for new Absence Management and Disability business designees
*Serves as a project management representative with clients Corporate Staff. Will work to meet/ exceed human productivity and disability group goals and objectives

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Associates Degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse with current licensure

EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years Professional in Nursing

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Occupational health, wellness/ prevention, or condition management experience; computer literacy; understanding of ICD9/ ICD10/ CPT 4 codes; excellent communication and interpersonal skills

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS: Looking for experienced case manager, preferably CCM, with management/leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams; experience in occupational health, wellness/ prevention or condition management preferred computer literacy, understanding of ICD9/ ICD10/ CPT4 codes, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
