Bachelor's Degree
  • Responsible for implementing the strategic direction, developing new services, ensuring service line growth, implementing practice standards, developing overall care model, and marketing of assigned clinical services. Requires a high level of independent judgment and substantial latitude for independent action/decision-making. Oversees the coordination and fulfillment of all objectives and activities relevant to this service line. Serves as the internal contact, presents project status, manages the project change process, manages expectations, organizes the team around the specific deliverables, escalates issues as appropriate and identifies opportunities for follow-up on the work. Develops daily, monthly and/or yearly goals and measures and assists in developing and monitoring the program/budget, areas or processes and, as requested, assists in assessment of goal attainment. Assumes management responsibility for a single major (or multiple smaller) function(s), service(s) or process(es) that provides support to clinical operations. Initiates or recommends personnel actions such as hires, fires and disciplines. Completes performance appraisals. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with three years of acute care clinical experience. Master’s Degree in Nursing. Neuroscience subspecialty experience preferred. Evidence of Registration or Certification in applicable clinical profession. Associated professional specialty certification preferred. Minimum of two years management/supervisory experience with progressive leadership responsibility. Greater than two years prior supervisory or manager experience and two years of clinical experience in neuroscience area preferred.
