Caliber Collision Centers, a leader in the collision repair industry, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager for our new College Station location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
§ Analyzes and coordinates office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and clerical services as required.
§ Evaluates office production and revises procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.
§ · Coordinates collection and preparation of personnel records, such as time and attendance records, terminations, new hires and transfers.
§ Reviews personnel and benefit records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
§ · Prepares and submits payroll to corporate office for weekly processing.
§ Conducts month end closing process and prepare reports from the results for guidance of management.
§ Uses independent judgment to make recommendations regarding accounts receivable delinquent accounts.
§ Reviews and audits repair orders to ensure accuracy of sales written and costs incurred.
§ Compiles, stores, and retrieves management data
§ May hire, train, and supervise CSRs.
§ Is responsible for decisions of significant matter in the absence of the center manager.
Requirements: Competency in accounting or bookkeeping procedures Outstanding customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in the collision repair industry a plus
