Your job, as a Registered Client Service Associate, is to:
•Play a central role in enhancing the client experience by focusing your time on servicing and growing the Financial Advisor's business
•Interface with external clients, anticipate their needs, solve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service
•Provide service to internal branch clients by interfacing with management, servicing the relationships with your assigned Financial Advisors, coordinating with the operations function, and performing administrative duties
•Support and drive firm initiatives
•Maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
You are client service oriented, a Team player, and Detail oriented with proven organizational skills. You can manage time efficiently and can multi-task. You have proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as being a self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations. You are independent, motivated, proactive, and focused to take action. You have a high school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of client service experience. You are Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed.
