Successful candidates will support a Project Office to align with the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology’s (ASA(ALT)) mission, vision and policies by providing organizational strategic communications, risk management, and program management staff support services. This project will guarantee the successful control of costs and the introduction of cost savings initiatives, adherence to integrated multi-functional schedules and execution of projects which meet or exceed performance parameters. Without this support for the development of strategic communications plans, customer support strategies, and feedback mechanisms, critical products directly supporting the Soldier and key strategic partners would be inefficiently executed at an additional cost to the Government.

Prepare and update the customer Command Brief on a monthly basis.

Prepare and process organizational speeches, stories, articles, and white papers. Documents will be based on customer provided draft technical speeches, stories, articles and white papers as well as on interviews of customer personnel.

Provide editing of draft articles and publications produced by customer personnel.

Develop Key Event messages on a quarterly basis. The Key Event message will be conducted after the All-Hands meetings are conducted.

Prepare conference exhibits and displays for major external events once every six months.

Assist/Administer printed and graphic materials for future use and reference.

Provide support for conduct of up to two ceremonies every six months. This includes planning and coordination with customer staff, and execution.

Provide Branding and graphic support for logos, themes and taglines and recommend updates.

Develop high level operational and strategic views of customer projects producing or updating one per quarter.

Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information. Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology.

Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.

Perform planning and scheduling/calendar support. Coordinate activities of key events on a daily basis.

Assist in the development of communications plan to include public affairs and customer outreach and update monthly.

Candidate should have Army or DoD experience

Experience in at least three of the tasks

Must have obtained an Associate's degree in the relevant field

Must have at least 5 years of relevant field of expertise
