We are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial Product Manager who will own and drive the growth platform for Pocket Gems. You will be responsible for building products to extend Pocket Gems’ user base across iOS, Android and Amazon. To be successful in this role, you will have visionary product insight, significant technical expertise, and extensive leadership and business skills. You’ll be able to exercise your unique insights into the mobile ecosystem to help build products that reach our gamers in innovative ways.
Responsibilities:
Work with game studios to identify the highest-impact product changes to engage and retain users
Drive the development and launch of new products and enhancement of existing products spanning from growth hacking to large scale advertising systems
Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
Understand the data to develop hypotheses, define experiments to validate them, and carry them through to their full conclusion
Define analytical methods for quantifying success to ensure that we have a clear ability to articulate our objectives
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field. (Masters or PhD a plus)
Minimum of 3 years of solid product management experience with a track record of creating innovative and winning Internet or software solutions.
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to support data-driven decision making.
Previous experience building advertising systems a plus
Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a winning product vision
Strong communication skills with the ability to evangelize the merits of Pocket Gems’ products internally and externally
