Under general supervision, determines patient financial status in an inpatient or outpatient setting. Provides assistance to patients in submitting documentation to complete applications and forms for public health programs.
Education: Associate's degree preferred. H. S. Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Typically, 2 years experience with intake/enrollment or customer service.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work activities and work independently with general supervision of daily work activities.
Bilingual English and Spanish.
