Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for supporting Kerry's commercial businesses.
Lead communication and dissemination of knowledge sharing projects and activities within the company and to other stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage the preparation, publication and dissemination of business and marketing communications, including promoting and training the organization on effective Knowledge Sharing practices while helping to determine the best media to achieve dissemination goals.
Develop relationships with Industry related journalists, publications, and organizations, as well as mass media; with a view in promoting Kerry's value proposition across all audiences.
Manage and implement a strategy of increasing Kerry's visibility within select End-Use Markets, via trade shows, technical conferences, publications, meetings, and targeted outreach.
Lead in the maintenance of Kerry's online knowledge management and communication platforms, by assisting in the day-to-day management of the platforms and developing new content, including its discussion forums and online teams/communities, etc.
Develop marketing communication materials, including customer presentations, brand message maps, press kits, fact sheets, brochures and graphic work. This will include multimedia, video editing, proof-reading, copy editing, and social media utilization.
Ensure the smooth implementation of all communications, knowledge management, branding, and outreach activities, in coordination with all Kerry team members.
Assist in tracking and reporting the results and impact of business and marketing communications activities
Conduct any other assignments related to knowledge management, marketing, communications, branding and outreach, as may be required.
An established track record in communications, branding and knowledge management, including web management, video and graphic development and editing, proofreading and copy editing; knowledge and experience in social media management (Facebook, Twitter, blogs) .
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and demonstrated experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including senior executives, customers, journalists, editors, government and regulators, consultants and universities.
Basic knowledge of the Food & Beverage Industry and its role in sustainable development.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with limited supervision.
Experience of working in a multicultural team and proven ability to build relationships with project partners across locations.
Excellent abilities in using multimedia, including developing and using web based resources, especially for project management and remote/virtual communication.
A minimum of five years relevant professional work experience.
Fluency in English is required and additional language skills are a plus.
Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline required. Graduate degree in a relevant discipline a plus.
