Ideal candidate will have strong numerical, analytical and written skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.) Product issue diagnosis and fix by spreadsheet analysis, developing and implementing projects as necessarySpecial Pricing analysisTariff research and tariff language developmentAnalysis for product consolidation and pricing changesValidation of project resultsCompetitor analysis and competitor callsManagement of pricing tablesAssistance to Product Managers with Project analysis and implementationProject Management of all new product launches/changes throughout implementation from an operations perspective.Advises and executes time lines necessary to properly execute product change/launch and manage operational resources. Identifies the operational needs based upon the business requirements and objectives of each product. Displays high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products. Coordinates and builds strong working relations with various internal organizations.Monitors internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post product launch. Leads the development, approval, training and communication of new products and their associated customer, operational, system and process impacts to the various internal organizationsDevelops and trains out all supporting documentation in line with all duties.Identifies the needs of each operations group that must be met to successfully launch product.Provides above average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external).Upholds Birch Communications' company virtues.Adheres to Corporate Compliance.To meet/exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management.To meet/exceed expected reliability standards.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:Bachelors degree in business, engineering or marketing preferred2 to 5 years marketing/product development and or telecommunications experience preferred2 to 5 years computer experience (internet, windows, database, etc.)Experience in product development, strategic planning, and implementation preferred. Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Excellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent ability to solve problems through numerical analysis using spreadsheetsAbility to meet critical deadlinesBasic knowledge of telecommunications products, tariffs and product documentationBasic knowledge of marketing conceptsKnowledge of Birch Communications internal operations (call center, order processing and quality verification)Ability to organize and effectively maintain large work-loadExcellent creative problem solving skillsTime management skillsProfessional understanding of PCs and how they are used to produce effective output
