The Customer Service Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to provide customer support at one of the most pioneering start-ups in the US. The Customer Service Specialist will be passionate about television, and an avid user of streaming video platforms. Primary Responsibilities
Resolve customer calls and emails related to viewing/recording live and time-shifted TV shows on IP devices
Identify, investigate and resolve account-specific issues related to TV viewing
Process customer orders by phone
Communicate issues to engineering team as necessary for quick resolution
Assist in the fulfillment of periodic marketing promotions
Assist with scoping requirements and features for proprietary support tools for in-house development
Utilize proprietary tools to diagnose customer problems
Desired Skills and Experience
TV Addict
2-4 years of help desk or troubleshooting customer service experience required
Bachelors Degree
Creative problem solver
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, high pressure environment
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a fast-growing team
Ability to work full time shifts, plus overtime for nights and weekends
Compensation
$40k-$50k based on relevant skills and experience (Salary plus benefits).
