The primary responsibility of the Concierge of Meeting Services is to supervise assigned department staff and operations. In accordance to job duties and request of both internal and external guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian and The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino’s policies, practices, and procedures.
§ Checks all function and non-function space for proper lighting and temperature.
§ Checks for cleanliness of all areas.
§ Ensures the correctness of all duties i.e. setups and changes of the guests and clients while maintaining guest satisfaction and the standards of the Venetian.
§ Works in an appropriate non-hazardous manner avoiding self injury and unsafe work methods.
§ Must be regularly checked by supervisor to ensure proper handling of equipment and proper lifting techniques.
§ Attends Banquet Event Order meetings and communicates between all conference management staff and guests.
§ Attends any assigned meeting while communicating changes or requests to management.
§ Assists Sr. Concierges in all areas of their job duties.
§ Acts as the liaison between clients, guests, and other Team Members for the management staff.
§ Performs any other related duties as assigned.
