Special Information:

Encumbent will be scheduled full time hours on the night shift. May be required to adjust shifts to meet facility needs.

Duties:
The Registered Nurse is responsible to plan, implement, and evaluate professional nursing duties to promote and maintain physical and mental health for residents at the Montana Mental Health Nursing Care Center. The care is given in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as well as the Nurse Practice Act.
Provides professional nursing interventions and supervision to ensure delivery of quality nursing care to psychiatric residents in a long term care facility.

Competencies:
RN, BSN preferred. Montana State licensure with 3 years nursing experience, including one year in acute care and three years supervisory experience preferred.

Education/Experience:
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and be eligible for licensure in the State of Montana. Must have valid Montana Driver's License.
