Description

Technical Support Assistant needed for tracking, processing, reporting, and filing Residential DSM programs’ participation.

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound contractor and customer calls through an ACD phone system.

This person should have good phone and communication skills as they will be in continuous direct phone communication with external customers, contractors, and other departments.

Successful candidate will work with a highly technical group of field personnel and be responsible for providing accurate and prompt information.

Requirements Candidate will be expected to utilize basic accounting skills for accounts payable, processing contractor invoices, and accurately processing and inputting customer credits and/or rebates.

This position provides interpretation of programs for customers and the satisfactory resolution of inquiries in addition to clerical support.

Nature of work requires minimal supervision. Individual must exercise experience and good judgment to complete tasks.

Someone with solid computer skills; MS Excel required.
