Summary: This position interfaces with clients and the COBC (Coordinator of Benefits Contractor) to ensure the Section 111 reporting requirements are met. The Analyst will oversee the submission of data from clients, on time submission of the clients’ data to the COBC, and the resolution of exceptions and errors.

• Coordinate implementation of new clients and handle calls from all clients regarding MMSEA*
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client to include regular communication and reports, ad hoc reporting as required, and any other client needs.*
• Monitor data submissions from clients to ensure they are accurately and timely submitted and resolve any errors or technical issues*
• Learn and apply system processes and work with appropriate groups to coordinate changes as a result of government requirements or internal process improvements*
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions to the COBC on behalf of the clients.*
• Coordinate resolution to issues and exceptions generated by error reporting*
• Assist clients with review of settlement agreements for information needed for reporting
• Timely and effectively provide report status to management and others, as appropriate*
• Resolve technical and subject matter issues as they arise, and collaborate with others as appropriate to bring issues to resolution*
• Assists clients with registration and provides training to clients on the use of the web portal
• Define and document system requirements and test Site changes as needed.
• Interface with Finance to ensure billing, invoicing and other accounting requirements are met.*
• Assist with the creation, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures
• Coordinate with other GRG departments as necessary for clients who engage GRG for additional services.*
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Paralegal degree or certification preferred
• 3+ years relevant experience required
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicare regulatory requirements, payment policies, compliance, billing and healthcare claims and coding, preferred
• Demonstrates outstanding internal and external Client Service skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office 2010, Microsoft Office Suite and SQL Enterprise Manager.
• Willingness to learn and apply Mandatory Insurer Reporting Requirements of Section 111 of Medicare/Medicaid Act, HIPAA and maintain current on government trends and regulations
• Understands technology; how to navigate database systems, electronic data interfaces
• Strong knowledge and analytical experience with claims data
• Able to adapt to constant changing environment
• Effective communication skills, written, oral, and listening
• Problem solving and strong analytical ability
• Able to orchestrate large volumes of data while meeting critical deadlines
• Must be able to work independently and as an effective team member
• Must be proficient in MS Office 2010, Microsoft Office Suite and SQL Enterprise Manager.
