In order to help operationalize PWIS’s vision, and ensure better business execution of its goals, PWIS established a Strategy and Planning office. Among the responsibilities of this office is leading the design and delivery of PWIS's strategic business management processes, including PWIS's strategic plans, and driving key cross-organizational, Super Six-like end-to-end programs.
This position’s primary responsibility is to support the development and on-going program management of a set of large-scale, end-to-end process improvements and programs that create sustainable business results for the firm.
Expand upon and manage e2e program infrastructure (process, practices, tools, reporting, etc.) to support effective execution against shared goals
Plan, direct, and executing various analyses, including market analysis, internal capability assessment, competitor intelligence, customer research, product assessment, and financial analysis/modelling
Achieve tangible results by working with business experts to apply insights into an executable action plan
Interacting with Fidelity personnel at various levels, to gather data and build consensus
Collaborate and influence program managers within PWIS and across Fidelity to assess needs, leverage best practices and help raise overall caliber and capability in executing.
Influence and facilitate leaders to identify and execute programs that cut across business lines and accelerate customer experience progress.
Help spearheading new initiatives that don't fit in current organizational lines
Contribute to the formulation of overall strategy through recommendations and information based on knowledge and business experience
Support communications plan to raise awareness across the company
Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations
Act as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of overall program progress and facilitate management decisions at the earliest possible time
Report on project progress and issues to management and business stakeholders

Skills and Knowledge
The successful candidate will require knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Minimum 5 years of experience in major program and project management with proven analytical or problem solving experience as typically found in consulting, product/business development or strategic marketing
Flexibility; comfortable with ambiguity and change is essential since initiatives can be varied in type.
Demonstrated leadership, influencing and collaboration skills, and an ability to direct efforts, and deliver results from virtual teams
Exceptional program management skills, including experience with complex program tracking and dashboard reporting
Excellent planning, prioritization, problem solving and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills. Must establish good rapport and be able to communicate at all levels. Significant senior management interaction
Analytic skills; ability to evaluate broad business issues, and engage appropriate parties at all levels to drive resolution
Hands on work style; dynamic “can do” attitude with a strong desire to make things happen
