Deliver a very high-level of service within resort operations and assist the Senior Event Planner and Catering Coordinator.
Act as liaison between Event Manager/Coordinator and customer throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event). Make presence known to customer at all times during this process. Be available to solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to existing arrangements.
Effectively respond to and handle guest problems and complaints. Assist/lead set-up, break-down, and execution of various types of events.
Weekend and holiday work required.
