Job Description:Job Description:
The Knight Dedicated Services Sales Manager is
responsible for expanding our dedicated services in each
of our markets. This candidate will play an active role
in customer visits, pricing, and educating our Regional
Sales Managers and inside sales managers on how to
identify and win dedicated opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and market development
strengths and competence to understand the
transportation market and innovate strategies to
develop and grow the market.
  • Develop strong relationships and manage an assigned
group of customer accounts to grow and develop the
transportation market.
  • Manage and work effectively with the local Service
Center Manager, Corporate VP of Sales and Corporate
Business Unit VP.
  • Proven ability to effectively work with and grow
large national accounts as well as small regional
accounts.

Position Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Mgmt.
or Sales preferred.
  • Proven 3-5 years of successful Dedicated
Transportation Sales Achievements in the
transportation industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement and success
in transportation or logistics industries
