BTM Global is successful, fast growing, project based IT services company focused on the retail and healthcare industries. Started in 2004, we have grown to over 100 FTEs and are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting marketing professional who appreciates this unique opportunity to grow our marketing function and develop the BTM brand. The successful candidate will oversee marketing activities for BTM, with responsibility for developing and maintaining strategies to meet BTM's aggressive growth objectives. The ability to then implement initiatives will be as important as generating ideas.
Market BTM's professional services, predominantly to large organizations in the retail and health care industries.
Acquire and then demonstrate knowledge of BTM Global capabilities and service lines.
Manage the life cycle of each marketing task from planning to tactical delivery.
Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales and operational departments, detailing marketing activities that will meet defined organizational objectives.
Deliver all marketing activity within agreed budget. Marketing manager will have ability to provide input and data for creation of the marketing budget.
Develop and oversee marketing via the BTM Web site, social media, and other e-communications channels.
Manage all aspects of print materials from writing to distribution.
Oversee all marketing aspects of BTM presence at industry events - materials, promotions, etc.
Analyze marketing results and determine impact.
Conduct market research for current and future services.
3-7 years of B2B professional services marketing experience.
Must have experience with a wide variety of marketing initiatives - social media, promotions, events, web communications, print production, etc
Background in the IT professional services industry preferred.
Experience with retail and health care software products / services highly preferred.
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Strong verbal and writing skills.
Ability to thrive in a small company environment.
Strong contacts in the Twin Cities business community.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
