Job Summary:
Works collaboratively and at the direction of Regional Director of Physician Enterprise for development and operation of physician practice operations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: meeting to assist to facilitate and maintain mutually cooperative/supportive relationship with physicians and PE team; establish goals, objective, standards of performance; policies and procedures for designated departments. Maintenance of all records, reports, statistics or reports relating to special projects; Responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with physicians and their office personnel with in designated practices. Participate in marketing and public relations strategic development..Develop analysis,development of comprehansive reports and interpretation of complex data. Computer systems and applications related to practice operations.


Education (Including Certification/Licensure):
Associate Degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Minimum of five years medical practice experience required. Must have knowledge of insurance industry. Extended healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Must have well written, verbal and communication skills. Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative and organizational skill. Must be self-motivated and exhibit high degree of independent judgement. Basic computer knowledge. Demonstrates leadership abilities.
