We are currently searching for a talented individual to join our team as a Consultant to serve as a Configuration Specialist, reporting to Vice President of Customer Success. This position will be focused on implementation of Aplicor products into Customer environments.
As a Consultant at Aplicor you will be responsible to manage multiple Customer accounts which include all phases from obtaining the contracts for services through to planning and implementation of the Aplicor CRM and Financials suite of products. This position is based in Boca Raton, Florida, with travel as necessary.

Maintain 100% Customer Satisfaction rating for all consulting work that you are responsible for completing or managing.
Maintain strong product knowledge and build a Trusted Advisor relationship with each customer.
Responsibilities:
Manage Customer accounts – all phases from creating contracts for services, collecting Customer requirements and developing solutions with implementation plans for our products.
Use judgment to formulate and configure our Product to meet Customer needs.
Consult and advise Customers on improvements and Product solutions. This involves deriving design documents as change requests and presenting to Technical Support and Engineering and eventually solution operation, cost and timing back to Customer for acceptance.
Design and document specifications for cost effective change requests to meet Customer needs.
Consult with the Technical Support and Engineering teams to communicate requirements and develop solutions. Use judgment to offer solutions that we currently have within our products and where necessary new features to meet specific Customer needs.
Provide Training to Customers, ends users, system administrators and partners as needed.
Develop and maintain a concise account plan and status for each assigned account and report progress and metrics to Management.
Required skills and experience:
7+ years of ERP implementation and configuration experience
Knowledge of Finance/Accounting, Human Resource, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management rules, processes and procedures in a production environment.
Implementation experience with CRM suites is an added bonus.
Experience with creating design documents for software changes.
Experience with developing and executing software test plans.
Experience selling consulting services, either bundled w/software or as a standalone service.
Experience with implementation methodologies and development of templates is an added bonus
Education and/or Related Experience – Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Business or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus
Other Requirements:
U.S. citizen - security clearance required for government projects.
