  • Manage unit-based patient care services including:
o Personnel
o Fiscal management
o Development of programs and services
  • Participate in department and hospital performance improvement activities
  • Provide family centered patient care that is based in scientific theory and is outcome focused

  • BSN is required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Current professional nursing license in Kansas and/or Missouri
  • Specialty certification preferred
  • 3 years of experience
o Pediatric clinical experience, experience as a charge nurse or management experience would qualify as related work experience
  • PC/CRT skills preferred
