Looking for Bilingual Full Time/Part Time Reps to work 20-40 hrs/week. Full time benefits available for Part Time employees!
Training Starts January 22, 2013.
We are looking for Reps that can help serve as the voice of the Bank to our customers. To be successful in this structured work environment, we are looking for representatives that are great on the phone, serious multi-taskers, and skilled at working between multiple computer screens. You
will respond to incoming telephone calls on customer requests for information on accounts and
related products and services in a timely and
proficient manner. May perform outbound calling to existing customers regarding bank products.
Six months of prior customer service experience along with a HS diploma or equivalent is required. Sales and banking or other financial experience preferred.
Must be available to complete the 4-week paid training Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
starting on January 22, 2013. This intense
training will prepare each representative to
answer questions, resolve issues, calm nerves, and look for opportunities to educate customers about the Bank’s products and services.
