Provides technical project support for enterprise wide system technology related projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Support Analyst II duties and responsibilities.
Design and implement complex solutions for system integration for the enterprise.
Provide project management support and coordination for enterprise server and application solutions.
Plan, schedule and track project timelines and deliverables.
Maintain current professional and technical knowledge pertaining to industry standards and best practices in the field.
Participate in RFI analysis ratings as it relates to Technical Requirements for new systems.
Perform complex scripting related to tailoring and integration of enterprise system.
Assist in training Project Support Analyst II and I positions.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements:
Education - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience Required - Equivalent in technical training and/or work experience.
Skills - Six years demonstrable experience managing and implementing enterprise systems. Three years experience as a Project Support Analyst II, or equivalent experience or training. MCSE/AIX Unix or other advanced IT certification required. Must have working knowledge of mainframe operating systems, client/server networking, multi-protocols, scripting languages, databases and tools. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required. This position requires a valid drivers license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment and random drug testing.
Tenure - Assignment to the Project Support Analyst I category 10, Project Support Analyst II category 09, Project Support Analyst III category 08, or Senior Project Support Analyst category 07 will be determined by the candidates education or experience. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidates certifications and/or performance.
