Is visible to employees and existing customers, including visiting key customers. Resolve customer issues and provide account management information regarding service issues. Provide assistance as a pre-sales consultant relative to site surveys, potential service issues, etc. Implement, execute and direct staff to follow and improve processes such as: MSA, job packet, drops, block time, SEL. Balance the needs of the customers, employees and company while growing revenues and profits to achieve a win-win reputation. Communicate with internal/external customers for staff performance feedback/improvement. Extensive local and some domestic travel is expected. Due to the nature of this position, employee maybe subject to extensive background checks (including fingerprinting) by MICROS customers and/or vendorsas a condition toconduct businesson their premises. Other duties may be assigned. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. A+ Certification is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to travel locally. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
