· Sales principles, practices and applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Watson products and competitor products.
· Established Company guidelines for samples, promotional information, and Rules of the Road , and other regulatory requirements.

· Implementing goals, objectives and practices for effective, efficient and cost effective management of allocated resources.
· Delivering sales messages and implementing marketing programs effectively.
· Preparing clear and concise administrative reports.

· Maintaining acceptable driving record per the Rules of the Road guidelines.
· Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with individuals contacted in the course of work.

· Complying with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
· Background required is a unique blend of clinical/selling/customer center experience.
· Preferred experience in pharma/biotech sales with specialty or biologic medicines in the following Therapeutic Areas: Rheumatology, Urology, Oncology, Neurology, Gastroenterology.
· Understanding or Reimbursement/Managed Care.
· Product Launch experience in specialty markets.
Demonstrated experience in selling to diverse customer segments- such as physician, payer and government.
· Develops business plan for assigned territory that is consistent with the Company’s sales plans, strategies and objectives.
· Maintains effective budgetary control of sales expenses.
· Conducts periodic sales analysis of industry trends and practices.
· Maximizes sales and contribution goals.
· Maintains personal contact with key customers; provides a high level of service.
· Prepares a variety of sales reports, as required.
· Implements Company pricing strategies and promotional programs for key customers to maximize sales and profitability.
· Conducts quality sales presentations to all targeted customers.
· Delivers sales messages and implements marketing programs effectively.
· Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
· Completes administrative responsibilities, as required, on time and with minimal errors.
· Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum 2-3 years blended experience in the following:
Customer Service Center, Selling pharmaceutical products to physician offices and/or hospitals, Specialty Injectable /Infusion products.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and four (4) years demonstrated successful pharmaceutical sales experience or an equivalent combination
