Integrated Material Management (IMM) IT team supports the Material Management Services of CAS Material Management and GoldCare. This is a revenue generation program with support across the globe. Designed to manage customers inventory, the IMM program requires interaction with diverse customers across the globe.
This position requires a highly driven and enthusiastic individual to support customer implementations and production operations. Selected candidate will join a talented functional analyst team that works closely with Material Management Services operations and program management team, as well as with onsite teams located at regional centers. The position requires working with the IMM application built on a COTS ERP application as well as customer airlines ERP applications. Travel to airline sites as necessary to implement or revamp IMM program.
Responsibilities include: Rapid Learning of IMM program offerings to customers; Support Onsite teams to support production operations; Support project managers, functional analysts and onsite/offshore developers in implementing system enhancements; Create necessary IT artifacts in support of customer implementations including the interface control documents, requirements documents, test scripts, test execution results, and system configuration documents; Resolution of production operations and system enhancement issues
